1. Who we are

This policy describes how Stellix Soft LLC (Houston, Texas, United States) and Stellix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. (Islamabad, Pakistan) (together, “StellixSoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handle personal information in connection with the website at https://stellixsoft.com (the “Site”) and related marketing, sales, and communications. Depending on your location and how you engage us, one entity may act as the primary contact for privacy inquiries.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

This policy applies to information we collect through the Site, email, phone, SMS/text messaging (where you opt in), video meetings, scheduling tools, forms, newsletters, and similar channels. We process personal information to respond to inquiries, deliver and manage professional services, send service-related communications, operate and secure the Site, comply with law, and for other purposes described at collection or with your consent.

If you enter into a separate agreement with us for professional services (for example, a master services agreement, statement of work, or order form), additional or different terms may apply to data processed under that engagement. In case of conflict, the written contract for that engagement controls for that engagement.

SMS and mobile communications. If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in on our contact form, we process your number and related contact details to send you automated text messages related to service updates, quotes, scheduling, and follow-ups concerning your inquiry or engagement with us. We do not use SMS opt-in data to send promotional or marketing text messages unless you separately agree to marketing communications where offered. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Non-sharing of SMS data (processing). We will not sell, rent, loan, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are used only to provide the transactional messages you agreed to receive and to operate our text messaging program.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on appropriate legal bases such as contract, legitimate interests (for example, securing and improving the Site, and business development), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required (including SMS opt-in).

3. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Identifiers and contact data - such as name, email address, phone number (including mobile numbers you provide for SMS), company name, job title, SMS opt-in status, and similar details you provide when you contact us, request a quote, subscribe to updates, schedule a meeting, or communicate with our team.

Non-sharing of SMS data (disclosure). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as customer service or message delivery) is permitted only as needed to operate our SMS program. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. We may use Google Analytics or similar services to understand aggregate usage. Those providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If analytics are disabled, some features may still work without them.

6. International transfers

We operate in the United States and other countries. SMS opt-out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@stellixsoft.com. After you opt out, we may send a one-time confirmation message. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

10. Children

The Site and our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Third-party sites and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, embed third-party tools, or integrate with scheduling or communication platforms. This policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
